What Services Should You Expect With Your New Set Of Tires?

A new set of tires smoothes your ride, reduces road noise, and keeps you safer on the road. You might think that’s all you should expect from them, but we here at Willoughby Hills Auto Repair believe you deserve more. We offer our customers new tires-at-cost to ensure their cars, trucks, and SUVs always have a firm grip on the road. That’s not all we offer, however. Keep reading to learn about additional perks we believe you should expect with your new set of tires.

Free Tire Rotations

If you purchase a new set of tires from us, we’ll rotate them for you for free for the lifetime of the tires. You should have your tires rotated every 6,000 to 10,000 miles, and since we offer this service for free, there’s no excuse not to do it. Rotating your tires regularly prevents them from wearing down unevenly and extends the life of your tires. Why not get the most out of your initial investment?

Free Wheel Balancing

Your wheels are balanced when you have a new set of tires put on them. This is because the new tires offset the wheel’s balance. Once the wheels are balanced, you’re ensured a smooth and quiet ride. The wheels lose their balance with daily driving, so you should have them balanced at each tire rotation, or every 6,000 miles. If you drive a lot, a wheel balance every 3,000 miles might be in order.

Free Alignment Checks

Vehicle alignment is what keeps your wheels straight. If your vehicle is not aligned, you will notice your car, truck, or SUV does not want to drive straight even though you’re steering it straight. We will check your vehicle alignment for free each time we balance and rotate the wheels. If it needs to be realigned, we will do so but we do charge for that service. Usually, wheels are only aligned every one-to-two years.

Free Flat Repairs

Throughout the lifetime of your new tires, we will fix any flat you might have for free – provided the flat can be fixed. If you run over a nail, for example, we can probably repair the tire so it doesn’t have to be replaced. If the tire has severe damage, we’ll have to replace it. If you purchase our 2-year warranty, we will replace the tire for free even if it is damaged beyond repair. Just make sure to maintain the tires.

As mentioned above, we here at Willoughby Hills Auto Repair in Willoughby Hills, OH, believe you deserve free services with your new tires. Call us today for a set of new tires.
